All sales of Recharge are final and there will be no refund or exchange permitted. Please be advised that You are responsible for the mobile number or Dishtv Card number you purchase Recharge for and all charges that result from those purchases. DishtvChannel is not responsible for any purchase of Recharge for an incorrect mobile number or DishTv Card number.

However, in a case where a transaction has been completed by you on the Site, and money has been charged to your Credit card or bank account but a Recharge has not delivered within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us by sending us an email on sales@DishtvChannels.com or posting us a message on the Contact Us page also u can live chat with agent . In such a scenario you will be entitled to a full refund. We request you to include in the email the following details – the mobile number or DISHTV CARD number, Name, Recharge value, Transaction date and Order Number. DishtvChannel shall investigate the incident and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your card or bank account without delivery of the Recharge then you will be refunded the money within 6 working days from the date of the receipt of your email. but You Should Contact Us with In 7 Days after 7 days There Will be no refund

You can use our Dish TV recharge online services available on our website to make the payment. Making a payment for recharge is final, and a refund is only available if you do not get your recharge.

You are responsible for providing us with your Dish TV card Number (VC number) or your mobile number. If the numbers you provide are not correct, you will not be given a refund.

We are at your service to offer Dish TV recharge by debit card through our website. If you use our services to recharge your Dish TV HD pack and the company includes or excludes a channel from the selected pack, we are not responsible for this, so you will not be refunded in this case either.

We include your favorite channels in your Dish TV package with a Dish TV ala carte recharge. The channel added to your package has an extra fee.

If you recharge your subscription through our service, it will be completed within 48 to 72 hours. If you do not receive your Dish TV recharge within this time, you can send us an email with a complaint. If the complaint is not resolved, we will refund your money. You can also chat with our agent online on the website to register complaints.

To send us a refund request, you need to email us your name, Dish TV number (VC number) or mobile number, the recharge value, the transaction date and the order number. We will investigate and upon approval, we will refund you within six working days from the receipt of your complaint.
